Description
Grant Resubmission & Summary Statement Response
Your proposal was declined. Most funding agencies allow at least one resubmission — and resubmissions are funded at significantly higher rates than first submissions when the reviewer critique is addressed correctly. We turn your summary statement into a funded resubmission.
What’s Included
- Full summary statement analysis — every reviewer critique decoded
- Point-by-point response strategy mapped to the specific aims and research sections
- Introduction (cover letter to reviewers) — required for NIH resubmissions, strongly recommended for NSF
- Targeted section rewrites addressing reviewer objections
- Strengthened statistical justification where flagged
- Updated Specific Aims if scope has changed
- Resubmission compliance check (formatting, page limits, required attachments)
- Two revision rounds included
- Delivery: 2–3 weeks
What to Provide
Your original proposal + summary statement (reviewer scores and critiques). We handle the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have a summary statement?
Some agencies send only brief comments or scores. Send whatever reviewer feedback you received — the analysis adapts to it. If your proposal was rejected without review, the strategy call will determine whether resubmission support or full redevelopment is the better route.
My aims have changed since the original submission — is that a problem?
No. Updating the Specific Aims to reflect a changed scope is part of the service, and we make sure the Introduction explains the evolution to reviewers.
Should I resubmit or start a new application?
It depends on the critique. Fixable concerns — approach, feasibility, statistics — usually favor resubmission; fundamental significance objections may favor a new application. The summary statement analysis gives you a clear recommendation either way.
